About us

Kings Barton was formed in August 1969 when it was first registered with the Registrar of Friendly Societies.

The association is small by current standards but continues to grow and provide good quality rented housing for people aged 55 years and above. The focus continues to be within Kingswood, Staple Hill and Downend, with 147 properties.

The association is managed by a Board of Management, with 6 part time staff and the Tenant’s Panel provide valuable support and feedback
